Thank you planet appliance for your donation. I have recently got my own place after being homeless for 3 years and this place has donated me a washing machine and electric cooker, it humbles me to know there are still kind people in this world. Thank you again and thank you for all the work you do for the good Shepard centre, this amazing place washes clothes for the homeless and makes visits to the centre to help those In need. I will be recommending you to others most certainly and will definitely be a paying customer in the future once im on my feet fully.

I just want to tell you about my experience with planet appliance I brought a cooker from this this place and wow il say this to the public I will never buy from these again yes the price was ok but I got it home which it was so filthy and full grime it’s took me two days to soak the grill plates and there still not got the grime off plus I’ve cleaned the over out and il say this it was bad with grease it was rusty which they put paint over it to cover it up plus on the back of the cooker is full of grease now iv just seen a burnt out socket in the back we’re iys had a electrical problem so this is a warning to who ever deals with this place the cooker I brought has got to go to the dump and now I feel iv bin ripped off of 170 and no this isn’t a ploy to make this place look bad iv got full proof of the mess and to were they have hidden the faults with black paint so please be aware before buying it was the cream leisure cooker I brought here are some photos as it hasn’t been connected or yoused

Great place, friendly staff and a great selection of new and graded appliances a lot less than retail prices. I purchased a new/graded electric cooker an it is great, no issues and delivery arrived within the given time slot. Thank you Planet Appliance, will be back once my washer packs up as i don't think it will last much longer as we discussed lol, cheers.

Truthful Review!! A couple of times I’ve visited planet appliance looking for various items and I’ve got to say yesterday was the best time. All the other times I’ve been greeted by a large rude sales lady with brown hair though the covid screens and left for about 15 minutes looking clueless. She then came out and showed us round the shop however didn’t answer any of my questions and look disinterested in anything and us. If I’m completely honest her hygiene put us right off and we left as we couldn’t stand the smell of her and her breath. Sorry but it’s the truth. Yesterday we arrived at the shop looking for a washing machine for my elderly mother. A polite young girl with a bun in her hair greeted us cheerfully and politely. She advised us where the washing machine started from and ended. She then came straight round and helped us with what we was looking for. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. I asked where the girl I previously spoken to was and was told she was off ill. If I’m honest I was abit disappointed that planet appliance have improved there stock in there shop but not there staff apart from this young girl yesterday. That woman puts the company down do something about it planet appliance!!! Unfortunately we didn’t purchase anything yesterday as we are going to bring my elderly mom to choose as it’s going to be for her. However the information the young girl gave me yesterday will help us choose a lot quicker and efficiently. Thank you to the young girl yesterday we will see you over the weekend. Alice x

Not usually one to leave reviews but after visiting planet appliance I feel a review is the least I could do. First of all what a lovely bunch of people, from the sales ladies to the delivery guys. The stock is great quality with most of it being practically brand new stuff that has been returned for small blemishes, at a fraction of the retail price. I purchased a washing machine and the sales lady Chloe was more than helpful, she talked me through the different programmes and settings of machines I was interested in and even printed me an instruction manual for the washing machine I chose. Whilst waiting for my paperwork and payment I was talking to the ladies that own the company about the work they do to help stray cats, as an animal lover myself I was delighted to hear the success stories they have created for the cats they have taken in and re-homed. My washing machine arrived on time and the two delivery guys were very friendly, they fitted the machine for me and showed me it working before they left. Overall this is a great local place with a great range of products, certainly better condition items and better presented store than other refurbishment centres I've visited in the past, they are certainly leading the way in their market, thank you again for a very friendly sales and delivery service girls & guys, will definitely be back, even if its just to catch up on the stray cat stories haha.
