Not the car park your looking for! This car parks small, no CCTV, dodgy ticket machines and expensive. The local wildlife is also none too friendly. Broad street car park is 2 minutes further away and much better in every aspect. 1/10 would recommend

I had the ticket but been fined 100.appeal against it cause I had the ticket but still they reject it. I will do MR to this and won't pay the fine as it's too rediculous.

Small, expensive and extremely dodgy ticket machines. We had to use this car park as Wolverhampton was packed on the evening of our visit. The parking machine would not advance beyond the 2 hour ticket price despite us wanting to pay for up to 4 hours. We paid for the ticket available and got a 60 PCN for being 50 minutes over the 2 hours. Other people were having similar issues that evening. NCP must have made a fortune!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!!!! I parked my vehical on the 15/11/19 & paid a whopping 5.60 for 4hrs of an evening as I was visitng the theatre. Only to receive TWO WEEKS LATER, a fine for 100!! I called up their head office and asked them to review the cctv of me paying for the ticket and then placing it in my car, they then explained there is no cctv that its actually security cameras that will only record when alerted to. Since i didnt receive the letter until a fortnite after, i had thrown the ticket away and I paid in cash. So i have no proof of purchase. If you have parked here recently HOLD ON TO THAT TICKET BEFORE THEY TRY FINING YOU!! There is a small possibility their old machines didnt pick up every button i pressed as i entered my registration number HOWEVER, there must be a registration strikingly similar to mine with possibly one digit missing, that they could find on there system, but they were giving me every excuse under the sun that they wouldnt be able to find that out for me, and essentially help me prove that I had paid. Im disgusted and I will never use a single NCP ever again! The price was bad enough never mind being fined on top of it. What a scam of a car park! Its simply not worth the risk. AVOID!
