Excellent experience so far. The entire process of moving houses was straightforward with Maria's help. We were able to move into our new home after two weeks of first seeing the add for the property, and it would have been possible even sooner if we haven't requested more time to do so. Maria is very responsive to all our queries, and she helped us throughout the entire process. The house is exactly as advertised on the add and the agency website. Moreover, it was well taken care of before our move, and it was also cleaned a couple of days before we got to the property, which made the entire experience more comfortable. Even though these are challenging times, all the safety measures were in place, and all the guidelines followed strictly, but this has not delayed our process at all. If any, the system Martin & Co has in place at the moment made everything even more comfortable than before. Up until this moment (a couple of days of actually moving into the property), I would wholeheartedly recommend the agency to anyone.

Organised in most aspects, however did not check property for faults and broken things before I moved in resulting in me having to organise 4 repairs. However they are easy to contact and happy to help.
Very good and professional Agency, house looks even better than on pictures. Excellent communication comparing to other agencies. Maybe is few documents to fill but it's easy to fill, no worries ;)
