Always seem to have what I need, in fact I've never come away empty-handed! Prices are good, as is product quality. Parking's a little limited but try to avoid driving onto the 'bomb site ' car park next door, it's bad!

Brought a brand new lathe from this shop a few weeks ago on a Saturday, got told it would be delivered to the store the following Wednesday. Phoned on the Wednesday hoping to pick it up and was told that the staff were still working on sorting stock from a delivery and that I would get a phone call back straight away. Still nothing, a few hours went by so phoned up again only for them to tell me the same! Phoned the following day and one of the staff members was inefficient as he didn't seem to know what was going on. Asked for a number to make a complaint, so I phoned that number, got put through to customer services and ended up checking stock from warehouse. None in warehouse so I was guaranteed one from another store. Got told it would be in the Wolverhampton branch for the following Monday. Collected Monday and staff member reluctant to check item condition. Got it home, opened the box and it was clearly RUSTED & BROKEN!! Noticed on the box that it was ex-display even though I paid for brand new. Took it back to store and one staff member denied it being ex-display as another confirmed that it was. Clearly being dishonest about this product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRANCH IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS!
