Rude!! The sales assistant was rude and insulting on the dune counter. I had been charged twice for a product but because she didnt like me, she was rude. Told me to move aside to serve a customer. She was unwilling to assist and no wonder the store is closing. Wont ever shop in there again.
Nice place with everything under one roof. The closing down sale is a bonus at the moment so if you're looking for some great deals get over there before January 2020.
Such a shame this iconic place is closing down . Even though the staff as very helpful and pleasant.
It's ok, not very big men's department though. Good service. on Saturday evening it looked absolutely empty, so if you want to avoid crowds go there that time.
