1st time back here for about 18months the door staff was lets say to be polite was extremly rude as was the bar staff I would recomend going over to gay centre in Birmingham instead and avoid this place

The bar staff were friendly! Especially the one black girl with the bun! But the security is a disgrace! For some reason they never seem to notice the bad people that need to be thrown out but are always looking for targets to throw out just to look like they're actually doing their job! But I especially want to talk about one night where I witnessed a young man being chocked by the security guards to the point where he passed out! He even got thrown into the floor in the most violent ways and had his jeans ripped! (All while he was passed out). After they dragged him to the door in the most inhuman way ever, they continued to kick him! It all sounds made up but I recommend who ever runs that club to check the CCTV and deal with this before things get out of hands and court procedures start! I guarantee that if the security doesn't get dealt with, the place won't be running this time next year! It's sad because I used to love this club but it's gone down hill so fast and I'm not surprised. This event was the last straw and I'm not coming back.

Security are so bloody rude for no reason at all especially the Jamaican lady! , gourgous night club owner/manager if you see this I suggest you get new security staff that know how to engage with the public maybe then you'll have more people actually want to come to your club as it's always dead! ALSO YOUR ENTRY PRICE IS RIDICULOUS FOR WHATS INSIDE
Last night a bouncer really upset me and my mates, ok so you have a gay club, a club that is supposed to be diverse, a club that is supposed to show equality, be open minded, and have security trained to at least be polite. The jamaican bouncer who was working on the door last night was so rude he ruined our night, we walked away so disheartened, there was just no need for that, no need at all.
