I had my whole house fitted with the vertical blinds as family members have used them & recommended them to me. Chris, the fitter was very professional, friendly & did a fabulous job & very quick too! Would highly recommend Gail’s Blinds in the future as the quality, price & service is second to none!

Really pleased with the service from start to finish. Slight hitch with one of the slats which was rectified within a few hours. Would recommend this company.

We were not happy at all with the finish of our blinds. Had 3 sets done, when we complained we were treated as if we were at fault by owners/office staff. Fitter was very pleasant and the problem was resolved eventually.
I've phoned up and left 2 voicemails to try and get a quote for lounge vertical blinds .no return phonecall back .so obviously don't want or need the business. Gone elsewhere now .how rude ignoring potential customers.
Absolutely shocking and disgusting treatment of customers. Totally unreliable service. Make appointments and leave customers sitting at home with no sign of representative. Please do not use this company as they show an appalling disregard for their customers . Totally unsatisfied customer
