Had to return a faulty TV after about 8 days of having it. After asking the manager, Paul, to assist his junior colleague in accepting the return, he readily asked another colleague, Bob, with more technical knowledge on the issue to discuss the fault with me, and after a short conversation I was on my way with a new TV. Very friendly on all levels, and I felt there was great personal service. My constructive feedback would be that junior colleagues unfamiliar with particular technical faults ought to be more comfortable in referring up the chain when they are unsure. Thanks again. The new TV is so far amazing.

Well laid out tech shop and kitchen stuff. If it's got a plug they seem to sell it, a great selection of everything you need. They seem to fail on their after sales service, just look on line for Currys failures.

I’m dropping feedback for a particular member of staff working at this Currys PC World. I’m not sure of his full name but he’s a young asian gent, about 6ft, wears specs and has short hair, going by the name Ash. Not sure of his full name hence the description. Just wanted to say that while he was attending me yesterday (14/09/2020) and two days prior to that (12/09/2020), he was very patient while I was sifting through all the laptops on display. He had his iPad out and every laptop I asked him to check whether or not they had each in stock, he patiently went through all of them, while narrowing down of choices for me. We were also narrowing down by specs in detail of all the laptops I was looking at, other than their availability, so we did spend a significant amount of time. I wasn’t easy on him as I’m very particular about everything in a laptop, being a creative arts orientated person, always using graphic-heavy suites. He still exuded positiveness and patience. Unfortunately, after all the going through of laptop researching, when we did finally come down to a choice and it happened to be in stock in-stores too, while we were going through my credit check, I didn’t pass. I’m glad that when I came down yesterday at around 4ish, it was a quiet time or else there would’ve been more of a chance of Ash missing out on attending other customers who may have ended up purchasing something successfully. This is coming from a Customer who has spent a significant amount of time with Ash on two separate occasions, on just getting down to choosing a laptop. I highly recommend Ash, should he ever choose to, to give him the opportunity to rise to Supervision or Management position at your company. I see a lot of Customer Service Advisors carry out their jobs professionally but they can either be dull or impolite. Ash on the other hand, wasn’t only professional about his job, but he was also very polite and engaging in person.

Had email to say i could collect my item. Check in on line like i was asked and it showed i was 1st in queue and my item would be brought to my car. After 20 min i went into store. There it was waiting for me .why say it will be brought out to my car when i had to go in store to retrieve it my self. Also i was waiting from 9.30 store not open till 10am, so what was the problem .
