I brought a car from Copart and when I called up to book the collection of the vehicle, I spoke to someone that goes by the name of Emily; now this person is very very unprofessional, she would not give her full name or get her manager upon my request to do so, her people’s skills needs major work, I highly doubt that she as had any training whatsoever as her Communication skills is very appalling, in the end I did not want the car and just opted to cut my losses and pay 270 pounds of the relisting for the vehicle bearing in mind I spent 100 pounds to sign up one month ago, even though I lost out on my hard earned 370 pounds I consider myself lucky because after reading the other comments I can see that much worse has happened to customers on here!! I would not wish my experience here on anyone but I’m 100% sure that it will happen again.

Brought a car the other day after i went and view it and after the car was delivered the rear suspension control arms were damaged when loaded. It's exactly what you need to see after spend a fortune over the fees and taxes. They use to be a good company but they are just disappointing every time!

Absolutely no customer service from Wolverhampton, they could care less had a car from them 2 months now and still no log book!they can't be bothered.watch out with this lot,when they say the log book is on file it doesn't mean you will actually get get the log book,they sent me their terms and conditions and thats it!washed their hands of it!!!!!
