As a disabled couple we were able to get a timed appointment so did not have to sit around for a long time. Staff were very friendly and approachable and they helped us out immeasurably!

Been using them for a while now with an ongoing issue. Can not fault the staff and volunteers. I have read some reviews on here and disgusted on how people talk about Citizens Advice Bureau. Everytime that I use them, I have always had a friendly welcome. If you go there for advice and don't like the advice, that's your problem not theirs.As for being a waste of tax payers money, I understand they are a charity that relies on funding from everywhere. They offer free advice and I know that they can't help with everything. I am well educated but even I needed their help and will use them again. All I can say is don't knock them. If you don't like them, then pay for advice somewhere else.
Absolutely best thing I ever did going there they helped me so much, the staff are fantastic at what they do and really friendly, can't thank them enough
I went here for an advice and I got exactly that, I met some nice people on here that advice me on the way forward and I appreciate that
