DO NOT JOIN THIS PRACTICE!!!! Absolutely terrible patient service care and no empathy whatsoever. Ive had several toothaches and on each occassion was told they would call back and they DIDNT, despite me leaving ALL MY DETAILS!!!!!! No compassion whatsoever. Very unprofessional indeed. If I had known this is what I would have endured, I would never have joined with my child but now we will go elsewhere where we are treated in a more civilized manner

Rip off, just trying to make money from whatever they can do. For them it’s all about sales and getting people into paying more for the treatments they don’t even get. They stop in the middle of the treatment and tell you if wanna complete it there will be different charge for that. And I paid triple amount for just a checkup and regular clean. Such a bad experience and I will never go back to them !!

I've chosen this clinic based on the other reviews but it seems the reality is the other way around. this is the 3rd week after my consultation and I'm still following the email about the treatment plan just to be told the same thing and that I have to chase the doctor myself. Not really sure what was the point of my consultation as I've left there with the same info I came. Not really sure what have I paid for 35.
