I'm very very happy with the service this agency has provided me. From day one I got a great feeling about Dale and he worked very hard to get my property sold quickly..I was especially impressed when they got me an offer over what I anticipated. Unfortunately for me the bank down valued the property and they were excellent with their encouragement and support as I was very frustrated by this. They managed to get the buyer to pay above what the banks valuation was and overall we were happy. As a first time seller, I was nervous about the process but both Dale and Chris really helped make this an enjoyable journey. Great independent business and I would highly recommend then as an agent.

With viewing properties regularly, I can stand by far the best estate agents I’ve used. From meeting the estate agents, they were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Throughout the viewing they ensured that all rooms were fully viewed even though the tenants were present. Having sold numerous times in the last 10 years and having engaged different estate agents on each occassion, Dale and Chris who helped us sell and Mike who helped us with our mortgage at Bulb were the clear winners in every respect. They are professional, efficient, friendly and helpful and made not only putting my property on the market a pleasure but (completely unique in my experience) were willing to provide meaningful assistance with our settling into the property and area even though we had bought with another agent. Bulb Estate Agents sold my next door neighbours house. As I was the one holding onto the keys I had a lot of interaction with them. I must say, Dale was extremely professional and friendly every time I met him, he gave me great advice for my son in order to buy and I thought it was really nice that he was willing to help. Although I personally didn't sell my house with them, they sold the house really really quickly. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone just based on their professionalism and friendliness.
