This is the second CX-5 I have purchased from Brindley Mazda. And as the first time, Steve Jarvis was professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. My first Mazda was serviced by them and their service staff and reception were the same. I would definitely recommend Steve and the company. In fact I have already recommended a friend.
I can't recommend Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton enough. Recently purchased a second hand MX5 as a surprise Birthday present for my fiancee and I'm so glad I dealt with this dealership. Jess was amazing, keeping everything hush hush and not only delivering the car on time for when we arrived home but also whacking a great big bow on it. Between us we pulled the surprise off and made the Birthday girls day. The reception staff were lovely whenever I called and I'd also like to give Jason a mention who took a call while Jess was busy and knew what was going on and helped me with a few questions. Thanks for going the extra mile.
Service team are very professional and thorough while at the same time friendly and approachable. Excellent communication.
