Don't bother going here if you're in a hurry. This is my local chemist, my quickest visit included 25 minutes of queuing and when you eventually get served there's no \thanks for waiting\. Unfortunately service leaves a lot to be desired.

Been many times over the years. Great fragrance selection for both men and women. Large makeup and body care aisles too. Stagg arent always friendly. But the products are good. Be careful of the misleading sale items. Sale here can be the same as other shops. So check online. Some great xmas bargains to be had also. Free parking outsid and other shops nearby.

Repeat prescription service is absolutely rubbish - never ready on time even though they have 28 days to get it done. Not sure whether they just have a really bad system or whether they don’t have enough staff to fulfil their commitments. Either way they need to get the pharmacy sorted out. Conclusion: If you would like an efficient, easy service where you just collect your prescription every 28 days, don’t go to Boots at Bentley Bridge. ️️️️

I admired your subtle vigilance as a stretched unit during such a hectic time in all ways and also saw how amazing and loyal you were to your employers by keeping your customers happy. Well done.
