This company claim they provide a vast amount of courses when in reality they dont have enough students to make a class. I looked on their website weeks ago for start dates on mentoring courses where I had to email expressing my interest; i got a reply stating that i would need to come to the open day. So why was it that when I attended i was made to wait over an hour just to be told there aren’t any mentoring courses? So explained i was told to attend via email then i was told if i wanted to be on the course I would have to be on a placement first. I said that was highly possible for me to do that then was told that the chances are there wont be enough students to run a course. What was the need for the initial misinformation on the website. Or does it benefit them to get as many names to sign up on open day so they can manipulate statistics? Why didnt they just email me stating there are no mentoring courses instead of wasting my time? Its enterprise like this which continues to make Wolverhampton appear as a town not a city.

Signed up last year with the adult education centre and went for an initial assessment to say it was a waste of time is an understatement why invite someone in only to tell them that you have places next September ?
