Very poor service really. - Only offered an outrageous delivery charge online, so I called and still paid 7 for 1st class for a tiny part. Part clearly not sent out promptly as it took 3 working days to arrive. - Part sourced elsewhere meanwhile and returns process is clunky and punitive. Unsurprisingly no refund on delivery, but you also have to call for a authorisation number, and then they take 25% of the cost for their trouble. Nothing underhanded as you can find all this info on their website, but it is still a shoddy approach to customer service and ensures I won't order from them again.

Outrageous profiteering. I know a company needs to make profits, but these guys take the biscuit! Once you have shopped elsewhere you will never look back. In many instances they will be a 50% - 100% more than others.
