Took my money, arranged a delivery, when the delivery day came (2 weeks later) turns out they'd sold all their stock in the meantime. Utterly incompetent.

Fantastic staff, always greet you with a smile, they are always spot on with any order or delivery, actually really good prices, fantastic customer service on quoting for materials. I can always trust them to call me back if they miss my call, they have really upped their game in the past 6 months.
Very helpful
