Would rate 4.5, had a mix up with my order where the wrong jacket was sent out - however the owner was very accommodating and his customer service was great! Prompt, quick replies and clear communication. I was able to get the right jacket, as well as a better size for myself too. Would highly recommend this shop, and would buy in the future again! Just hope no more mishaps and less room for error :) but it worked out better for me anyway! Great quality jacket too btw, very comfortable!

Bought a cafe style jacket XL. Arrived within 3 weeks. Was a bit tight so I contacted the LJS and they were happy to exchange. Tip for all I Think is to go a size bigger.

I have just received my Nanga Parbat Brown A2 Flight Jacket. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement, I wanted to customize the jacket and my request was easily accommodated, over several emails we were able to determine the right size for me the result was a perfectly fitted jacket. The quality of the leather is exceptional. I have purchased leather jackets 'off the rack' before, and never had a jacket of the quality of this one. In today's cutthroat business market where customer service is not valued The Leather Jacket Shop goes against that trend. So if you are looking for a well made leather jacket where the customer service is excellent nothing is too much trouble for them, and the product is excellent, I would recommend that you cannot go past The Leather Jacket Shop.
