Excellent service from Paul Jones at Wollaston Bmw. I have purchased multiple BMW's in the past from various dealerships and Paul provided excellent service. It is rare to find an honest and reliable sales person when purchasing a vehicle. Even after delivery when I noticed a cosmetic issue with the vehicle Paul did everything to remedy the situation as swiftly as possible.

Found car on web without seeing it and was looked after by car salesman Dan Curtis from start to picking up the car Dan has been very helpful and went out of his way to reassure us and make sure everything went smoothly through what are trying times THANKS ONCE AGAIN DAN FOR EVERYTHING would highly recommend this dealer and WILL be dealing with them again (was well worth the 300 mile journey)

Phoned their service team with a query regarding a vehicle that originated from them that now has a fault. The first person patiently took my details and particulars of the issue and said she'd pass them onto to the service team. That was about a month ago and I've had no response, not even a call to say they can't help me.
Collected my mini yesterday, Andrew was great from start to finish, he answered all my questions and set everything up for me with my phone connected. Handover was very nice in the separate bay too with a lovely bow on the car made it very special. Very pleased with the service I received. Thanks to Kevin too for your help.
