The view is beautiful! Especially when you come during the sunset and at night time. Though the view is gorgeous, I feel like they should remodel the seating to have more room for people to go close to the edge to admire the view. I was not able to take in the view fully since all the seating and corners were all taken.

Great brunch for sure though pricey. You get what you pay for. The food was delicious and presented in great fashion. The service was outstanding!

We went for an afternoon tea there (a tradition we have with my husband from the time we lived in London). The hotel is great and the setting for the afternoon tea is lovely. The afternoon tea itself was beautiful - definitely had an LA twist to it with gluten free bread and veggie plate included. Super fresh scones and gorgeous cakes. It lacked a coherent theme though in my opinion... When going for a 'healthy' option, this should be carried over to the whole experience... The tea was just ok - they did not keep it fresh (as they would in any other similar calibre place in London). They just brought a big pot to the table (and it gets cold before you even make it to the sweets). The service was below the standard in all fairness. We mentioned two things - an allergy and that we'd like some honey with the tea. Neither of them was heard/ remembered. We did not get the honey after asking for two more times. In summary, we enjoyed ourselves - but being honest, it was 'just an ok' experience putting in perspective with other afternoon teas we've had.

Reserved a table in advance and they sat a party of 3 at a small, uncomfortable table right by the service door. There were 4 heaters in our tables vacinity and they didn’t want to turn them off. Everyone at the table got a headache and started sweating. Been here several times and the food isn’t that good anymore. Basic, plain and the main dishes were hardly lukewarm. The quality of the steak does not correspond to it’s 98 pricepoint, a few months ago this wasn’t the case. The food was extremly heavy. Hostess asked if we are celebrating something and I said: “yes, a birthday”. The table next to us got birthday desert. We did NOT. Used to enjoy this place and now it’s an Olive Garden. Horrid experience.

I came here for an alumni event. It's a really beautiful, classy place - the decorations are very cool (patterns made with empty bottles of wine). It's a fine restaurant/lounge meets modern art gallery.
