As somebody being on the front line during COVID19 so totally understand the pressure and hassle during this pandemic, I felt compelled to leave a review. This practice has the most UNHELPFUL and UMCOMPASSIONATE receptionists. My appointment in March was cancelled due to COVID19 which I understand. I tried to be patient and rang every so often to get a new appointment. 7 months down the line, they are still telling me to keep waiting. My wisdom tooth has decayed to the point that it is leaving in constant throbing pain and needs to be attended to as a matter of urgency. Yet they told me they receive *hundreds* of phone calls daily that they can book me phone appointment with the dentist on the next day. This is me having to take time off work due to the pain. And surprise surprise, no one booked in the appointment phone consultation and I received no phone call. Absolutely disgusting!

What a pleasant surprise. I have always been nervous about a trip to the dentist, but I need not have been worried. It has been something I have avoided through previous experiences, (not with this practice) many years ago. After plucking up the courage to have a check up, my appointment today was a pleasant surprise. Amarjot and her assistant were excellent, I felt at ease straight away and everything was explained. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars, the whole experience from booking my appointment and to receiving my treatment. Thank you for helping me overcome my fears.

Im always nervous about going to the dentist, and the first appointment I had with Dr Amarjot Kaur with nurse AJ was the most pleasant dental experiences I've ever had! She was incredibly kind and empathetic. She asked me how I was feeling and if I feltmok throughout the appointment and made me feel a lot less anxious. Thank you Dr Amarjot Kaur for putting my mind at ease. Highly recommended
