JB Hall and especially Lisa have been simply wonderful in arranging my mother's funeral. They have been respectful, caring and I felt that my mother was truly honoured. It felt like a very personal service, yet not intrusive. Even the rather sleek-looking hearse manufactured in Italy, just outside Venice was very appropriate for an Italian lady who always enjoyed a bit of Italian style. Lisa's your personal help and support has been exceptional. Thank you for looking after mum and for getting her ready for her final journey. I felt like she was with friends
