Explore Learning clearly lacks the experience and facilities required to deal with sensitive and confidential matters in a way that ensures minimal impact to a childs development. Internal complaints raised by parents are not seen through to completion, communication by senior management is incredibly poor and lacks follow through. I'll be following up my complaint with Ofsted because of this. As a parent, it would be in the best interest of anyone's child to move to another provider who is more adequately equipped to handle care and development in a more professional capacity.

Booked in my grandchildren and the two boys both love going. Young inspiring staff make it fun and yet make sure there is plenty of learning. Setting targets and getting rewards is very encouraging and has ensured the boys do their best each time. Denise

I have been so impressed with Explore Learning. I love it and can't recommend it enough. My daughter has been there for over 3 years now. I used to home educate her, and it helped track progress with a parents meeting and report every 2 months. She has been back in school for over a year and still wants to go. Feedback is given for every session, so you are kept well informed of your childs progress highlighting strengths and weakness, so you are alway in the loop (unlike school). The staff are fantastic. It is such a caring environment; the management staff go out of their way to help and support. The tutors are attentive and communicate extremely well. I like the fact that she gets to be around sensible people in their late teens (great role models). An educational activity that is fun! Give it a try! (and they offer a free trial session)
