Excellent food and service. Massive choice and large menu. Found the dosa a little limited and would have preferred the other dishes but will return to try the rest.
The vegetarian korma was very disappointing. The sauce was tasty but no chunky vegetables such as squash, peppers, aubergine, cauliflower or onion. The vegetables were a selection of frozen broad beans, peas, sweetcorn and square carrot chunks. Naan bread was very nice.
We have gone once and had masala dosas and one paneer dosa, that was late and I had a feeling they even forgotten about it. The drinks were tiny little glasses, considering the price... But it was all ok. Next day took most of family there and we had booked a table with children for 8pm. Our orders were not taken for at least good 40mins. Kids food came quick and all good. Starter portions were really small, and took ages to come.... Not even talking about the mains! We had our dinner only at 10pm!!! The fish is by all means to be avoided, this was most likely frozen and cooked in a rush, as the edges were slightly cooked and middle was raw... We have asked to cancel the fish from the order, for which none of the staff even apologized for.... The menu is wide and lots of choice, but the ability to serve all of the dishes is impossible at this place. They should simplify and serve main dishes at a good speed and readiness of meals. To be known such a good place, this has disappointed us greatly...
This place used to have decent South Indian food, but it was expensive as they are the only outlet selling this particular type of cuisine in the area. I've had their food quite a few times over the last year, but now something has gone horribly wrong at this eatery. Tonight I've spent nearly 35 for three dosas and some appetizers, but was shocked to see four small pieces of meat in two of the dosas (the third was a plain dosa). When confronted on the phone, the manager was immediately dismissive a didn't want to hear my story. The sheer lack of customer service and accountability was bewildering. So I will not be a returning and everyone else should steer clear as well...you're not missing out on much.
