Best Chinese in Leicester, cheapest in the area by far even though increased slightly, but the quality of the food is amazing, delivery time is sometimes delayed but when the food arrives the quality of the food makes up the time

Usually good service and food however finding the standards are slipping. Whilst it is understandable that the restaurant can be busy at peak times, it’s a struggle to get through, you are given inaccurate delivery times and are unable to get through when the food doesn’t arrive at quoted time. Our last order was placed and we were quoted a delivery time or an hour and half later and when hadn’t arrived after 2 hours we called (it took 10 minutes to get through) and were told it would be at least another 20 minutes, with no explanation or apology. Despite explaining if it didn’t arrive by that time, we did not want it. order arrived later - 3 hours after our original order time. By this point, we had assumed it would not be coming. Whilst the driver was pleasant, it has really given us a poor experience and we are reluctant to order again.

Very presently surprised. New to the area and have been trying to find a new regular Chinese place instead travelling back to my old area for 30mins. Food was delivered at the specified time and dare I say it tasted better then my previous local. Looking forward to trying the different dishes over time.
