Best Butchers ever! Meat choice is 100%, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I would never shop anywhere else for my meat. They sell delicious cakes too amongst lots of other things (fruit, veg, etc).

I'm customer at Haynes West End Farm... Best butchers ever! Great quality, locally sourced meat, amazing counter presentation and an absolute perfect customer service. Even in these difficult times, having to deal with lots of government's guidelines and sometimes difficult customers, the staff is operating at top level, butcher Dave is funny, very competent and very helpful, he always suggests the best meat option for my recipes. Highly recommended if you are looking for the best!
Very poor and wont be using them again. Having emailed several times as no one answers they phone, got no response to place an order. So went to the Store at Frosts. Ordered a beef joint and the rolled Turkey breast with stuffing and bacon. On returning to collect, when I got home, the beef joint has a use by date of today and I want it for Christmas day and the turkey breast is just a rolled breast with no bacon or stuffing. I advise to go elsewhere
Wow went to the Haynes shop and Dave was so understanding with all the covid19 procedures, even cleared the shop of customers so I could shop with out any fuss. This is customer service at its best . I have work in the industry my self before ill heath I had to stop . He made the whole experience fuss free and safe .. keep up the good work Dave you are asset to Woburn County foods .
Very disappointed. We visited the shop yesterday and purchased a few items one of which being a whole chicken. I have just roasted said chicken, my husband started carving and asked if this looks ok? Well, no it doesn’t because is rotten. Unfortunately I cannot attach a picture. But Sunday lunch ruined!
