Went to the Lynnfield 99 on St Patrick's Day. This restaurant was our go to for corned beef and cabbage. No more! Since when is mashed potatoes part of a boiled dinner?! No turnip either. The cabbage was cut into shreds like sauerkraut. Disgusting! Messaged corporate and heard nothing back. Guess they don't care that they lost our business from here on out.

We order our new year meal at 99 Restaurant In Danville. CT. First I was told that there different New Year eve menu at different 99 Restaurants. So ask my party what they want instead. Call back and order lobster tail and steak. I should of taken a picture on how bad the food looked. The lobster tail was in plastic container and it was all small pieces in some kind of sauce. I was told that it was can lobster and did not taste that good. The steak was tough and the two shrimp was over cooked. I was so embarrassed and apologize to my company. If I could give less then one star.. The only good thing I can say is that their staff was very pleasant. No more counting on 99 for a good holiday meal

Food is always consistent and great only problem is they did over their website and it’s almost impossible to find the menu. Keep asking me where I lived . Finally I got on the menu and you couldn’t see the items without the whole screen moving. If they paid someone to design this they should get their money back

Been going to nashua location for probably 15 years highly unlikely I'll go again! Last time there was not given correct information and prices and got over charged! I've talked to gen.Manager he said would make it right but DIDNT! call back over a week later talk to on duty manager he at 1st starts off saying i should have complained sooner! Which I did! Then offers me a gift card less than what the gen. Manager offered! At this point they've proven they have horrible customer service and I just want the money I was over charged!!!!!

We ordered gift cards for Christmas gifts on December 2 and have been trying to locate them ever since. They show as returned to 99. We cannot get anyone to respond to emails or phone messages left in voicemail boxes. The one time we did manage to get a person on the line the agent assumed she was on mute and started screaming shut up at her children. I told her we were concerned about what was happening on her end and she hung up on us. We purchased the gift cards from Applebee’s and will not be patronizing 99 anymore. I am shocked at how poor their support is. If you need gift cards from them we suggest you go into the restaurant as they outsource the online purchases to a third party which they are clearly not monitoring. Hope this was constructive and helpful.

Paid for gift cards online. My credit card has been charged but I never received gift cards. I've emailed and called the corporate office. Have not received an email back and the phone goes to an automatic hold for someone to pick up. I've called 4 times today and waited 15 minutes each time with no one picking up! NOT HAPPY! To add salt to the wounds...I now have no gift for someone on Christmas. Way to go 99!

FINALLY after 3 weeks received the gift cards but STILL no response from 99 via phone or email to address my concerns. Very poor customer service. Do NOT order gift cards online.

I have for many years ordered the honey barbecue chicken with bleau cheese and celery sticks. You now don’t offer celery sticks, but instead offer carrot sticks. Yuck! Celery sticks are what goes with this meal. I throw out the carrot sticks.Everyone I’ve asked would prefer celery sticks with that meal. I would suggest you either bring that back or at least offer a choice for the customer. I can’t believe there are no celery sticks in the kitchen.
