It is never a good time in your life when saying goodbye to a loved family member (yes our cat Damon was a big part of our family not just a pet). He died following an accident and in the mist of our grief we found this family run service near to where we live and despite all the covid restrictions that are in place at the moment we were still able to say goodbye for a few minutes and personally i felt that I had left him with genuinely caring people. We picked him up the next day and I couldn't recommend this service highly enough.

We lost our beautiful Boxer Lola, Natalie and Westley provided an excellent service at a very reasonable price! They are such lovely people, they let us have some time on our own with he to say our goodbyes. i would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to use this service!
We contacted Westley & Natalie early evening, to arrange the collection of our cat Archie from the vets. He was collected within the hour. We collected his ashes (in a beautifully wrapped box) & brought him back home the following morning. This is the first time we have used this service, so didn't know what to expect. Cant believe how stress free it was, everything was taken care of the minute we rung Westley & Natalie. Thankyou both for your professionalism, compassion & empathy. Means a lot! We now have Archie back home

Our dog of fifteen years died Saturday night we rang wjw a lovely gent called westly answered explaining what service they provided . We took star he let us have as much time needed to say our goodbyes . His wife rang the next day to say she was ready for collection . Star came back in a lovely presented box with a lovely card . The worse few days of my life made so much easier by this lovely couple definitely recommend if anybody needs this service
