Infini is a classic culinary restaurant. The taste of the dishes is good. The dessert was the only dish we didn’t really like. The alcohol-free cocktail was good. They take the Corona rules for restaurants serious. What we didn’t like is the atmosphere. It’s stiff and outdated. The service is friendly but not fun. The fact that there isn’t a lot of energy means that they maybe have to change something to get the fun back. Price is somewhat high but as I said, the food is good.

Infini is in a beautiful place tucked away a little village with rolling hills countryside with horses and cows in the surrounding area. The restaurant itself is beautiful old antique furnishings but with a modern twist. There were a couple of items that stood out a delicious made from scratch marshmallow and a delicious cucumber and mint spritzer. It was especially refreshing and each course sat nicely on the plate. There is seating also outdoors overlooking a beautifully designed koi water garden. If you like tiny bites presented nicely with time to converse in between then this is a nice destination for you. The only issue we had was our server spoke in too soft of a voice and was a bit fast with her speech telling what each course was. If I could suggest one thing it would be to have a small nicely printed card with each course or a menu card with a description of what each course contains. Our server was very friendly. This was a very pleasant dining experience.

Heerlijk buiten gedineerd op basis van 3-gangen menu met paar opties (geen extra gangen). Zeer gastvrij team met veel aandacht voor COVID-19 maatregelen (4 personen in 2 huishoudens betekent grote tafel met 1.5 afstand, sanitair goed geregeld etc.). Mooie omgeving (uitzicht op Limburgse heuvels, vijvertje). Heerlijk gegeten (creatieve amuses, garnalen/burrata, ossenhaas, kaasplank) en gedronken (lekkere cocktails - ook alcoholvrij, heerlijke witte wijn van nabijgelegen Sint Martinus). Na afloop kwam chef Michael uitgebreid een praatje maken - zeer positief. De rekening bedroeg 308 Euro voor 4 personen.
Wij hebben hier buitengewoon goed gegeten! En de service was persoonlijk, professioneel en top. Heerlijke alcoholvrije cocktail, goede wijnen. Menu is wel erg gericht op vlees en vis, dat vond ik t enige minpuntje, als je vega bent vantevoren even doorgeven. Inrichting is wat kalig maar met de Coronatijd is het zo ie zo best apart met alle ruimtes er tussen. De bereidingen en smaken klopten zeer goed, porties ruim. Op vraag hebben ze zelfs hun soufflé voor ons gemaakt buiten de kaart om, hoe fijn. Cuissons van de bereidingen zeer goed, mooie producten, smaakcombinaties en zuur, zoet, krokant etc. Wij hebben beiden fantastisch gegeten en heerlijke avond gehad.
Eines der innovativen Restaurants der heutigen Zeit mit einer erstklassigen sachkundigen Bedienung und einem herausragenden Maitre . Wer Qualität vor Quantität setzt ist hier sicherlich an der richtigen Adresse.
