Our Golden Retriever is 11 years old and like many dogs of this age unfortunately suffer from arthritis making her joints stiff and painful. Lucky someone told us about hydrotherapy. We checked this out with our vets who agreed with this type of treatment. So enter Woozelbears at Witney, what a fantastic outfit these people are. The care and unbelievable attention given to Amber by Lianne and Charlotte over these weeks of treatment. It has given her a new lease of life and is one happy dog. We cannot thank Woozelbears enough and would highly recommend them.

Great service from the first phone call. Dixie is a very nervous/ scared rescue dog that doesn't trust easily so I was really nervous about taking her to a groomers. On the first phone call they explained that they do a special puppy programme that they can use with her and just take it as comfortably as Dixie needed. Upon arrival the staff took the time to greet Dixie and try and make her more comfortable. Being as nervous as she is this was a slow process and they decided to start small with just a toe trim and nails with me in the room (we had originally agreed it would be best to leave her but they changed their mind when seeing how nervous she was). The staff member who did the treatment was so calm and patient with her taking the time to let Dixie build her trust. After finishing we talked through a plan for the next trip and what we might try and accomplish next. Would highly recommend for anyone who is worried or nervous about leaving their dog with a groomers!

My pup loved it so much he fell asleep during his blow dry. The team are really friendly and have a genuine care for the dogs who come through their doors. They also give advice on home grooming :)
