emailed twice to book a viewing, no reply called and viewed the place which was very dirty. filled out a form and was suppose to get back to me within 2 weeks no one got back to me.

I rang Little Dots on the 22 September to make a complaint. I was dealt with very rudely by some girl who just stated \my mange isn't here you can wrote in your complaint\ then promptly hung up on me. Do parents want such bad manners taught to their children? Based on that alone I certainly wouldnot leave my child there to be influenced by such rudeness.
