Cant fault it.in fact better than doctor's. You make appointment then book yourself in. You are then asked to wait in car until your turn. The vet or nurse then comes OUT with there masks on. And go round cars to find the patient. Asks you what the problem is. Takes your pet then brings them back out. Perfect thank you Brookend vet.

All staff were as wonderful as usual during covid times. A different experience but very safe for all of us.Poppy had her vaccinations, full health check, claws clipped etc. Fab experience . Thank you Brookend Vets

I was in London and my dog had undergone castration and my daughter was worried at home as he managed to remove the cone and could not get to the vets who had carried out the op. She rang Brookend and although did not do the op offered to help her which they did without hesitation. Just want to say thank you so very much and will be considering changing to them for the future. Great customer service.

Probably an uncommon statement, but my dog actually loves going to the vets! The reception are always really friendly and accommodating to all animals and they always manage to find an appointment that suits me. The medical team are very helpful and efficient. Always a pleasant experience with Brookend.
