Such a awful service, in every way. I m a regular customer and today they give the best. Called a cab three times and the driver couldn’t t find my address, try to contact the driver and he didn’t bother to answer. Called the operator and found out i was talking with somebody more stupid then the driver.

Called taxi expecting to have to wait because of covid 19 pandemic, was told car would be within 5 mins, car arrived 3 mins later, driver was very courteous getting out and opening door for me so i wouldnt have to touch door handle, car was spotless inside and i could see his antibacterial wipes sitting very impressed indeed!!
Lucky even getting a star. Need a taxi to hospital for my kid and theres no answer!! Total discrase and unprofessional of a company also cant click anything I like about the service
Have spent over 150 easily these past few weeks with club taxis, been using them for years & the drivers are just lovely. I always try to be curteous & make sure I tip. Tonight sadly is my last time using them. Due to the unacceptable manner of the female I spoke to, regarding a taxi that didn't turn up. I will never call them again. To that female, learn some manners & try a little customer service my dear! I would not call a taxi unless I wanted one!!! Never again, rather use another company than chance getting that on the phone again. Just plain rude!
The app is marketed as a “priority booking” service. Absolutely shocking service! I booked a taxi 5 days in advance to be told that there was “no guarantee that a taxi would be available” at the time I booked. And that “someone should have explained that”. No communication, terrible customer service and very poor company! Avoid. There are far better taxi companies to book with in Bellshill/the surrounding area. Opt for them instead.
