They frequently seem to miss the details some of the elderly need, though small errs in the big scheme of things. They seem to do anything for an easy life.
Lovely friendly staff who go out of there way to make the resadent feel safe and sound , my mum's room is very nice and she has a lovely view , though everyone can sit were they wish and we can come over anytime in the morning or afternoon as they like to close for lunch so to give the resadent there full attention and make them comfortable till dinner .we are always welcome
Professional caring staff in safe environment.
