Easy to schedule (and reschedule) online. Friendly, helpful, well trained staff willing to help you “learn the ropes” so you can dive into your self searching. It’s like “drinking from a fire hose” so I recommend you show up with names and dates written on a list so you can get as much done as possible in your 2 hour appointment window!

The staff was extremely kind and quick. They listened to my situation and did all they could to help me. I was beyond impressed with the prompt service and kind staff members. M
my daughter was born in September and I sent in the request AND a check for TWO copies which they cashed quickly. It is now April. And I haven't received anything. And will only send me one copy as a one-time thing. But I waited months, and PAID for two. They claim it was delivered in Nov. but I was still on maternity leave, mail comes to my door. It was not delivered.
I paid 46 for a certified copy of birth certificate last August.. Never recieved my copy. Did i file with a bogus outfit?
They’re all really pleasant, and the building is beautiful. Only lost one star because getting here can be a beast. One way streets, limited parking, and construction. Leave yourself plenty of time.
