We were very happy with the Wheeler dealership in Wisconsin Rapids. I went in looking for a newer used truck and was pleasantly surprised with the professional attitude and no pressure sales techniques of the staff. Josh was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping us with the selection of the vehicle.. Steve did a nice job of going through all the warranty options and completed our financial transaction. Then Josh took us out to the truck and went through all the functions and help us set everything up. The truck was given to us nicely cleaned and detailed. The whole sale was a pleasant experience, unlike some other high pressure dealerships in the area. I felt that they were honest and fair with us.

First off, came in to purchase the vehicle when signing papers for the vehicle the gentleman and I argued how the papers needed to be signed to match my ID, and that the title couldn't have a second person on it because the person wasn't on my loan paperwork. I knew this was incorrect even before signing them, but he insisted that they needed to be this way. After speaking with my bank, they said no I can put anyone I want on it. So that was problem number one. Second issues occurred literally hours after the purchasing the vehicle. I smelled a coolant leak, and seeing a light amount of smoking exiting the front grille. The following morning I also found small amount of oil on the ground. the car was poorly detailed as well, pictures attached. I work long hours and it is hard for me to find the time to bring this car back for maintenance which they ended up doing in the end. The only good part of all of this which kept me from rating this a one star was the fact that made it up to me by providing a loaner vehicle because it took over a week to look at it.
We were extremely happy with everyone at Wheeler, Kali was excellent in her explanation of all the workings on our new Tahoe very pleased with her expertise. She even walked us though setting up things once we got home. Thank you for a nice experience. Will pass it on to our friends.
I stopped in as the heat went out in my car on the way to Rapids and just asked the guys if they could possibly take a look at the vehicle. Even though they were busy that day and short a technician, Joel had me leave my vehicle there, set me up with a loaner vehicle and him and his crew were able repair my vehicle before the end of the day and get me back on the road with heat. I can't thank Joel and his crew enough for the service they did that day in the middle of this bitter cold spell. I would highly recommend them.
