We went here for a family trip, they are handling everything brilliantly considering COVID-19 restrictions. It was not overly busy, waiting times were reasonable for all attractions. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The kids really had a memorable day and at half the price of similar locations on the South Coast of England it's a great choice for a family day out!

This was our first family outing since February due to COVID pandemic. The staff were extremely friendly and we were able to socially distance pretty much all day- even with lots of little children! Really enjoyed it and the staff certainly made the day special. Put us at ease about going out and we have a very happy 12 year old!
Fabulous day with our 2 year old granddaughter. Loads of things to do inside and out for very young children, even in October, which was an unexpected surprise. The staff are super friendly. We ate at the outside Grill and the food was good quality, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend a visit.
Well organised and friendly staff. Had to queue for about 10 minutes to get in at 1030 on a Saturday. Soft play is open but operating a timed based booking system when you get there. Not five stars because some activities require tokens per ride such as th Quad Bikes. It's 1 per token.
Excellent day out for the family. Our daughter loved seeing all the animals and riding on the tractor around the farm.
