This was my first hire from Eastern Rent a Van. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. They explained the differences between the vehicles in advance, so that I was able to make an informed choice. As it turned out, on the day of hire the vehicle that I had booked was not available and so I was upgraded at no extra cost. The vehicle was clean and tidy; it drove effortlessly and was more than capable of meeting my needs. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Excellent friendly, hassle-free service. Eastern picked us up from our Caravan Park and supplied a lovely, clean new car for our week. The cost was competitive with the major car hire firms and there was no add ons. We had full insurance excess waiver at no extra cost. Very pleased indeed.

Fresh 69/70 plate vans and great help and a large fleet so normally a reliable source of vans, not the cheapest in town but you pay for quality and you save on the fuel with the Euro 6 engines
