I truly cannot recommend Eastern Frames highly enough. From my first contact to the final installation, everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone I met or spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and inspired confidence that the process would be straightforward, which it was. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but as soon as I met Damien, who came round to measure up for a quotation, I decided that I really wanted to use this company. The subsequent quote that I received was so good that it really was a no-brainer and I didn’t waste time getting any other quotes. The windows were installed exactly when I was told they would be, and the whole process was amazingly quick and efficient. Office support from Jemma was always friendly and helpful, and I honestly could not have asked for a more positive experience. Huge thanks to a fantastic team!
