I wouldn't normally write reviews but the service my wife and I recieved at your branch in wisbech I feel compelled write a review on good service even though we didn't buy on the day. Me and my wife came into your branch couple of weeks ago and was served by a chap called Russel. he was very helpful and a normal sales person will show us the most expensive ranges to offer straight away but russel listened to what we wanted and how much we had budgeted for he showed us your very beautiful sparkle carpet and it was just what we are looking for nothing was to much trouble for him. Aided with jamie it made our stressful choosing process a pleasure he even offered us a cup of tea which I think is a nice touch. His work ethic attitude and charisma makes him an asset to your company. Unfortunately our builder has let us down so the work has been postponed until November however we will come back and purchase from your store. Kind Regards Mr depmonte

Very impressed by selection of carpets and the good value.staff were very polite. Carpets delivered as arranged.
Loads of different size carpets and really cheap as well. Two lovely staff will be back in too order carpet very soon.
A absolutely fantastic store that is very well ran by fantastic people who are always willing to go the extra mile
