Payed the 1st visit to Asda Wisbech today & was pleasantly surprised. In the last few months we have not been loyal to any one Supermarket. Out of all the ones visited recently this store is up there in the top 3. Far better range of goods available than the big T and very competitive prices. Perhaps was a little more overcrowded than we would have preferred (Corona etc) but the great british public was buying their booze ready for their 1st new years eve lockdown party. We will be back.

Hopefully the company will improve now it's back in British ownership.While there's a good range of products, sadly there's palm oil in almost everything. There's practically no free range ethically produced meat (unlike ALDI just down the road from them). Some of the staff are plain unfriendly and unhelpful. It's the supermarket closest to my home (I live out of town) but I drive past and go to the other side of town to shop because I like to go where I feel welcome.
