I originally came across Airbrush Art School when I was on the hunt for a Harder and Steenbeck airbrush. It was a great price, the reviews on Google were great so I ordered. Unfortunately they sent the wrong version to what was ordered. Over the last month I have contacted the company trying to resolve this, however they have not responded. However now I have escalated this to PayPal asking for a significant partial refund they are cooperative and responding within 12 hours. This is very poor customer service, thinking they can ignore a customer until significant action is taken. I would recommend not doing business with this company. EDIT - I have just seen the sellers response below, I would challenge that they could not respond to an email due to COVID with a fortnight, but can respond to a bad review straight away. At no point have a I received an offer of a solution to resolve this issue as the seller described below.

I have done 5 airbrushing courses at the airbrush art school and can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. Dave is an awesome teacher that has taught me from being a complete novice to producing artwork I never thought I could do. Very professional but also makes it fun and stress free. If you ever fancied having a go I thoroughly recommend the airbrush art school.
I like many, thought i would not be artistic enough to be able to airbrush. After speaking to Dave at airbrush art school, he advised that you dont have to come from any artistic background and learning to airbrush was down to the individual just wanting to learn and enjoy it as a hobby or in time a lifestyle. So i decided i was going to have a go and booked myself into the two day beginner course. During this course i was amazed at the work i had produced through Daves guidance and his ability to teach in a way that was easy to understand. I am currently on a one to one lesson where i am actually painting my own motorcycle !! I would never have thought this possible in such a short time. I am so looking forward to my future lessons with airbrush art school and can only say........If you are reading this then you obviously have an interest - take the step and book with airbrush art school, you will not regret it.
I've just spent 2 days doing the airbrush for beginners course with Dave. I seriously cannot recommend the course enough. In just 2 days, Dave will take you from zero to hero, he will guide you, coach you and reveal all the tips and tricks you will need to create some amazing artwork. This course is worth every penny and can't wait to jump onto the next course. Thank you so much.
Just had a two day beginners course with Dave and he's an amazing tutor. I've learnt so much and can carry this forward to the next lessons. I'm so driven to succeed in this craft and see nothing to stop me as Dave's tuition doesn't end when you leave. He there with help, advice and a fully stocked shop of all the equipment and supplies you'll need to continue to do outstanding work. I can't wait for my next lessons. If you want to be the best, you need to learn from the best. Thanks Dave.
