Excellent service from start to finish. My car broke down yesterday, the breakdown assistance got to me in under 40 mins and the car was fixed straight away, (battery had disconnected.) It was the best 30 I've ever spent! I could carry on with my day, as no costly garage charges were necessary, & the customer service from the first call, to the follow up call & everything in between, was excellent. The piece of mind is definitely worth the 23 annual fee, I will definitely be renewing next month & I can't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks.

Cancels my policy and asked for my 9 years no claims to be emailed or posted out the ‘lad’ on the phone was very abrupt ( in between his chewing) I’ve called emailed several times there web site schedule a call back no one calls you back 45 min on the phone then hung up on once I explained! They have cost me hundreds of pounds need reporting to the ombudsman

Please do not take out a policy or membership with these guys absolute rip offs left me stranded after some hidden terms and conditions one of them was we can't help you because you have a van which you use for business ,was wanting more money from me. Feel totally cheated and after reading some more negative reviews I find it hard to believe this company is operating and are allowed to go on websites like go compare. Crooks in suits. Next time I'm just going to stick with the 3 main recovery company's.
