It would be nice to get handwritten reports and parents seeing test scores, not some report that has been said about every single kid

My nephew has tried for the past year to collect his GCSE certificates from the school. A few months ago he biked 2 miles, three times in a two week period to the school - the second time he was even given a specific date to return - but to no avail. His mother has rung the school several times - resulting in no return call-backs even though they promised. Last week I sent an email to the office manager but still have had no reply. My nephew has applied for apprenticeships and they have stated that they need to SEE these certificates. This is disgusting.

I would like to point out that not all members of staff are bad but there are rules that are ruining the school and I would prefer it if they used the money instead of buying new computers to pay the staff and better are education
