Kids had a ball at friend birthday party. Not amazing inside but good enough for kids . Decent for party , really good price too 100 pound for 30 children with food provided. To be honest it's just the area its in run down shops that made me choose 3 stars.

Not as clean as it used to be. staff are great but overworked

Friendly staff greated us, once inside the smell hit us, my grandson, who is just 2, was hit/kicked within minutes of being their. then in the under 5's a 10 year old was about to hit him untill I climbed inside with him, and later I found scratches on his face and neck, their was food and sticky sweets in the soft play, everything was dirty and the smell was making me feel sick, the toilets and baby change was filthy, I would happily pay more if they cleaned and supervised the place.
Friendly helpful staff nice place for the kids to have fun food is good too
