I have recently returned from a weekend retreat in Wales. I was a bit apprehensive as I was not sure what to expect. Well for anyone who needs a bit of time out of your hective life, need time to heal this is for you. I went with a friend and we were met by Lynn on arrival, shown to our room and immediately felt relaxed. Lovely home cooked food. Spent the first day getting to know everyone, who were wonderful people. You can tell Lynn has gone above and beyond to hand pick the house, the area and the mix of people to ensure that everyone feels at ease. The weekend was planned to perfection but without it feeling hectic. Plenty of time to do whatever you want, go for a walk, chil out, read, no pressure whatsoever. The meditations were powerful but in a very safe environment. The Reiki healing amazing. Lynn even arranged Indian head massage as a surprise for us all. What can I say Lynn is a beautiful soul with a massive heart. I would also like to thank Kerry who is lovely and ensured everyone was looked after for the whole weekend what an amazing lovely person she is. Beautiful inside and out. I left the retreat feeling positive and refreshed. Would I go back? Absolutely without a doubt. Would I recommend Lynns retreats yes 100%. Thank you so much Lynn and I hope to see you again soon xx
