Used the service headed up by Dominic at the Heswall branch 4 times during the past 8 years. Nothing short of professional, helpful and most of all absolutely thorough in every aspect of my purchases. Dominic is a great communicator and offers good advice which helps with decision making. Would recommend the service to anyone who wants a thorough job done. Thanks Dominic and team.

I went head to head with my wife who used this company during my divorce. She lost out on a number of claims during this adventure and then took me to a child custody claim and lost that too. The only achievement I would give them is that they went down expensive avenues and ended up paying the price. Think twice or pay twice!

Dealt with Dominic Byrne as my solicitor for the purchase of a property. I found Dominic very thorough and easy to deal with. He and his colleagues kept me informed at every step of the purchase process, and of any issues or delays he was experiencing due to other parties not responding in good time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jackson Lees to anyone, ask for Dominic!

Solicitor Gail Hough who dealt with purchase of my house & ongoing chain. For some reason didn’t cover the basics in conveyancing, like checking if a lease or freehold on property. Also failed to do basic information sharing that last in chain was actually buying a property, not her sale the last in chain, as everyone was lead to believe until it was revealed by Gail a day before all to exchange. I then had to break the chain so not to lose buyer. I did think then it would speed things up, in view of everybody else ready & had done what they were supposed to & kept up communications, therefore Gail Hough would feel under pressure to do her job. That didn’t happen. I then had months of additional expense, storage, animal care all because this woman did not do her job & it seems knows gets away with it. The whole process too 5.5 months, which was down to this one solicitor. I have moved house & been in a chain, many times before. Anyone who has, will know it can be a lengthy & frustrating business. Clients will often be the ones that delay the process, sometimes solicitors can be sketchy in their communication, often searches, survey reports can take a while to come back. All that’s expected. Not massive unnecessary & additional cost when already expensive to move then the unbelievable dismissive attitude from a solocitor, like us all, is supposed to do their job,
