Even with covid restrictions in place at the time, we were still able to view the vehicle in full detail from personalised videos created by Jon and emailed to us. Really Covid-safe: staff are doing all within their power to make everyone feel comfortable. Staff were easily contacted and answered queries quickly, and Benn explained their new processes really well. Felt valued and would return based on my experience thus far.
Car booked in for recall work. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish where so nice and friendly, even when I had to rearrange the booking at the last minute, it was never an issue with them. Work completed on time, even cleaned the inside for me. Excellent. I'll be visiting when its new car time.
