Quiet but no one answers the phones. Ordered an item, due on 5th January . No email or text to say it arrived. Tried calling about 15 times no answer so I chanced it by going to store. Cashier said it had arrived, I asked why i hadn't been contacted. They tried to say my contact details were incorrect. Won't be ordering from Boots for a while!

The shop itself is great and I found everything that I was looking for, but I went in two days in a row and both time's there was a ruckus with shoplifters stealing and running out the door! Both times the shoplifters were disheveled dirty looking people and quite obvious what they were up to! Why don't Boot's have security in store? It definitely makes you feel unsafe shopping there when the staff (mostly women) can't do anything to stop them.
Love boots my favourite shop for make up etc : some good bargains on offer at the moment ,worth popping in for a look .
Great Black Friday fragrance deals if you could get them. Not enough in some stores, or not even in some stores.
