Pity they have stopped doing hot food and drinks/coffee. Plenty of room for people to spread out to enjoy their food and drink.

This is where my great-great-grandfather, Daniel Marsden had his ironmonger business for over 100 years. Lovely friendly people in this old rural services town - the nice chap in the newsagent next door, and the llvely old gent in the red tea shop in Coldwell Street, both of whom knew the last proprietor of the business. And the friendly man walking his two Lhasa Apso doggies down the main road a bit near the Memorial Hall.

On the whole small but really good. Perhaps needs re brand as no farmers in sight? Bought some nice herb plants, soaps and jewellery. The curry we bought to re heat at home however, was inedible. Extremely salty, spicy and greasy. Shame, as normally our favorite food.
